At 9:00 am on May 18th, a team of over 30 Chinese and international students went to the Weigao Aquarium to explore the world of the ocean. This activity was launched by International Student Center and organized by the International Exchange Association.

At 9 o'clock in the morning, international students gathered downstairs of the International Student Dormitory and then took bus to the Weigao Aquarium. The guide of the tour introduced the basics of the city of Weihai and the Weigao Aquarium on the bus. After arriving at the Aquarium, students watched a variety of marine life and learned a lot about the ocean. In addition, students enjoyed the wonderful mermaid performance where dancers and fish danced beautifully and harmoniously, watched the 5D movie City Tour and experienced the thrill of high technology, and enjoyed the performance of the lovely dolphins and sea lions.

Through this trip to the Aquarium, everyone has a deeper understanding of marine life and is more aware of the importance of ocean protection. The good interaction among Chinese and foreign students also enhanced mutual understanding and deepened friendship.
