1、Main Student Association
There are more than 10 major university-level student associations working under the leadership or guidance of the Department of Student Affairs and the Youth League Committee. Student associations play an active role in the management of the University, safeguarding students' legitimate rights and interests, and enriching campus cultural life. According to the relevant regulations, most students’ associations recruit new members at the beginning of the spring semester. The Honor Guard and the New Century Lecture Room recruits at the beginning of the fall semester. Freshman can pay attention to announcements of each associations.
2、Student Clubs and Societies
Students can form and join student clubs and societies on campus. To establish a student society, a written application shall be submitted to the Youth League Committee of the University for approval, registration and annual inspection. Student societies shall conduct activities within the scope of the Constitution, laws, regulations of University and accept the leadership and management of the University. The student societies shall invite external organizations and personnel to hold lectures and other activities on campus, after the approval of the University.
There are 89 associations in our university, which are divided into six categories: public welfare, military, science and technology, humanities, sports and entertainment. As an association of interests and hobbies, student clubs and societies carry out activities that enrich the cultural life of the campus.
