1 On-campus accommodation
1.1 check in
International students shall check in at the reception desk on the first floor of the international students' apartment before settling in.
Accommodation fees (twin room) : 4500 yuan/bed/semester (electricity fee is not included). International students should pay at least one semester's fee; once paid, there will be no refund. International students who live in the dormitory for one semester or more than one semester shall pay the electricity fee. The time, place and amount of payment shall be notified to the international students after they check in the apartment every semester. When leaving university, those who have not paid the electricity fee cannot go through the school leaving procedure.
Please take care of your keys and don't lose them. When checking out, students should pay the relevant fees if the public facilities and supplies in the apartment are damaged.
1.2 relevant regulations on apartment management
1) Rooms in the dormitory will be uniformly allocated to each student by the international students' apartment. International students are not allowed to change rooms at will. In case of replacement, a written application shall be submitted to the International Students center, and the approval of replacement shall be determined according to the actual situation, and each student is allowed to change room only once. The apartment has the right to require students to share rooms, and students must comply with the arrangement of the apartment and the International Students center.
2) international students should strictly follow the schedule and visitor reception regulations. Visitors are not allowed to stay in the dormitory without permission, and students of different sex are not prohibited to live together.
3) Students have to keep the apartment clean and quiet, and do not disturb others' life and rest, and shall comply with the apartment management regulations. The closing time of the international students' apartment is 23:00 at night.
Flammable, explosive and toxic materials are not allowed in the dormitory. Please pay attention to fire safety.
It is forbidden to damage, dismantle or modify the equipment and wiring in the dormitory. Please take good care of the fire control facilities.
It is strictly prohibited to use the dormitory to engage in activities that violate laws and school regulations. The apartment may not be transferred or sublet without permission.
Please lock the door and close the window as you leave the dormitory. Do not give room key to others.
4) Students who need to access the Internet in the dormitory can go to the school network and information management center.
5) there will be hot water in the bathroom all day.
6) the international students' apartment is equipped with a public washing machine. International students can use the washing machine by swiping a card or paying with a mobile phone.
7) for everyone's personal safety and fire prevention, it is strictly prohibited to cook and use electric stove, rice cooker, refrigerator, induction cooker and other high-power or open-flame equipment in the room. If found, the center will confiscate the appliances and impose a fine of 200 yuan. If it is found more than twice and the student refuses to change his/her behavior, and the center will punish the student according to relevant regulations. The international students' apartment has a communal kitchen for all to use.
8) No smoking is allowed in the room. Offenders will be fined 50 yuan.

2 off-campus accommodation
In order to ensure the safety of students, international students are required to live in the international students' dormitory of the university. If they need to live off campus for special reasons, they must apply to the international students' center in advance and fill in the application form for foreign students to live off campus. If the off-campus accommodation is approved, please follow the following steps.
1) Sign a rental contract with the owner. Note: before signing the contract, you should carefully confirm the homeowner's property ownership certificate, and ask the homeowner to assist in the registration of foreigners' accommodation at the local police station within 24 hours, or you cannot sign the lease contract.
2) You must go to the International Students center with the rental contract and passport to update the accommodation information, and sent the check-out notice to the reception desk of the dormitory.
★Tips:
1) Students who change their residence shall go through the above procedures again when they move. International students who fail to register their accommodation or change their residence will not be able to apply for visas and will be punished by the public security authorities.
2) All matters between the students and the landlord shall be handled by the students themselves, and the school will not be responsible.
